The "LOST BLOGS" will have to wait because they're currently on my lost Flip Video camcorder. I actually had the motivation to post them today, and went on a wild goose chase trying to find the camera that has all my un-uploaded videos on it. No luck. I'm hoping that since it's been forever since I used it, I just don't remember where I left it, and it'll turn up. That may be stupidly optimistic, but it was an expensive camera and I would really miss it if it was gone for good.
So, there's not much to report. Yesterday was uneventful which probably explains why I didn't even write anything. One thing I did accomplish was a complete overhaul on my iTunes. I got rid of all my old playlists, and used Genius to help me come up with some new ones. I then took those and decided that I wanted "genre" playlists and that I didn't want songs to repeat. Most of the playlists are plays on song lyrics/titles, album titles, that sort of thing. We have...
1. "DIVAS" Stand Up - My favorite female artists (the divas); based on the ultimate diva collaboration, "Just Stand Up."
2. "HITS" Like Me - The Billboard Top 50 Hits of the week, and some other current hits that I love. This is the one playlist that is made up of songs from the other playlists because it's always changing; based on "Get Like Me (Stuntin' Is A Habit)"
3. "NO MUSIC!" - My a cappella playlist; based on Lil Mama's Lip Gloss. In the middle of it, Lil Mama stops the song, saying "No music!" which is what a cappella is.
4. "RAP" It Up - My rap playlist; in Lil Wayne's Lollipop Remix, he says, "So wrap it up. But he so sweet, she wanna lick the wrapper."
5. "REAL MEN" Sing - My favorite male R&B/Hip-Hop singers; no play on any specific song or album, though...
6. "SHOW" Me The "TUNES" - ShowTunes; a play on "Show me the money!" from Jerry Maguire.
7. "WILD CARD" Inside - My wild card playlist (male/female singers that don't fit their respective gender's playlist. "Funky" music that deserves it's own playlist.); a lyric from Feist's "I Feel It All."
8. Happy "HOLIDAY" - X-Mas Music; pretty self-explanatory.
9. Now That's "NOSTALGIC!" - Music from my years growing up (i.e. the boy bands/girl groups, bubblegum pop, etc. of the 90's and early 2000's); a play on the "Now That's What I Call Music!" CD's that had a lot of this music on them when I was younger.
10. On The "COUNTRY" Road Again - Um, country; Willie Nelson's "On The Road Again." Only now, it's a COUNTRY road. lol
11. Sing Your "OLD" Special "SONGS" - My playlist for songs from before my time; a play on a lyric from Cass Elliot's Make Your Own Kind of Music: "sing your own special song"
12. Under The "COVERS" - All of my favorite covers of songs I already love; not a play on anything musical, just using a common phrase. lol
As I'm sure you can imagine, this took me almost all day. I think my OCD gets worse and worse every day.
That's it for me today. Have a good one! :D

Slowly But Surely
This blog is starting out slowly this time, because I don't want to get burnt out and quit. But I do want to keep up with it. So, if you find me completely boring, get out while you still can.
Today was lame. I didn't see any of my friends. Part of it was my own laziness. Often, if I don't get asked to do something, I'm more than happy to spend the day with myself. Today was one of those days. I had a doctor's appointment this morning. He checked me out, and I'm all good. I was there for all of 30 minutes. I love those kind of appointments.
Since I got home, I've been re-doing playlists on iTunes and making some purchases at the iTunes Store. (I got an iTunes gift card for X-Mas. Usually, it's downloads from Limewire.) I've been watching Mad Money with Queen Latifah, Diane Keaton, and Katie Holmes off and on for a couple days. It's not bad, but it hasn't caught my attention enough to finish it yet.
I edited my Facebook About Me. I find that they don't stay accurate very long if you actually make it descriptive. Why? Shit is always changing. My About Me was no longer about me, and that upset me. So, now it is.
I've only had one cigarette today. And I'm not even wearing the patch. (I went about 8 days without cigs thanks to the patch, but ran out on New Year's Eve, caved in, and bought a pack.) Now that I say all this, I'm probably going to go out and have my second one of the day after I finish this blog post.
And...I'm done. Haha
I really haven't done much else today, though. I will say that video blogs will be making a return soon. Starting with the "LOST BLOGS." These are the ones I filmed last year to actually go on the blog. Almost a year later, no one's ever seen them! Won't it be fun to look back? Maybe only for me. But that's fine.
Have a wonderful night, and maybe the "LOST BLOGS" will be found here tomorrow. But then again...maybe not.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! (I'm Baaaaaaaack)
Ok, I started this blog on New Year's Eve last year, with my first video(s) being from The 2nd Annual New Year's Fuckin' Eve at the Victory House, including behind the scenes preparations, New Year's resolutions, a delicious meal, the countdown, a whole lot of screaming, and much more. I only stuck with it for about a month because I'm a Gemini and we're flighty bitches. I often start a project, and move on to something else new and exciting shortly after.
But one of my resolutions this year is to stick with my blog. That's right. I'm sticking with it, through thick and thin. There probably won't be as many videos, just because they're often time consuming to film, edit, upload, etc. So anyway, I'll keep this post short and sweet. I'll tell you all about my New Year's extravanza this year a little later. This is basically just a way of saying, "Hey! Remember me? Yeah, didn't think so. But guess what? I'm BACK!"
Have a great day, steady chasing that paper, just live your life. ;D
